1. Start with your plans
Tell us the clinic or treatment you are interested in, your travel dates and preferred language. If your dates are undecided, say so.
2. Check what the price includes
Ask about price conditions, tax, extra charges and MEDID service fees. Confirm whether interpretation and transfers are available and whether they cost extra.
3. A request is not a confirmed booking
Adding an item to your itinerary or submitting a request does not by itself confirm a clinic appointment. Check the clinic, date, time, costs and change or cancellation terms, and wait for confirmation.
4. Keep a contact for after your visit
Before your visit, confirm how to contact the coordinator and ask follow-up questions after returning home.
